At the 2023 League of Legends (LoL) World’s Final, Luna Remote Systems didn’t just push the envelope – they tore it open with a dual AGITO setup that captured the music performances, something of which have become just as central to the LoL universe as the game itself. 

One system ran in Trax mode, embedded into the stage on a custom curved track that allowed for smooth, cinematic movements. This configuration, complete with an AGITO Tower and controlled remotely via IP, let the operators stay well out of sight so they wouldn’t distract from the audiences’ views.

Meanwhile, AGITO OP Alex Harrison was in charge of the AGITO running in Sports mode on the stage. His deft control of the free-roaming dolly system meant that while performers were lighting up the arena, AGITO was busy capturing every twist and turn of the action alongside them.

Talking about the breakneck pace of the show, Alex explains: “Each shot had to be executed quickly, with changeovers averaging about 7 seconds between performances. Even with rapid transitions, AGITO’s onboard handles made moving on and off the stage really smooth. With careful planning and Cue Pilot keeping our cues perfectly in sync with the performers, we captured every moment to perfection. It was definitely one of our best events yet.”
