AGITO rolls out with Fujifilm and LEMO at NAB 2025
Motion Impossible, Bristol, UK, 1 April – This year, AGITO, the remote-controlled modular camera dolly system from British innovators Motion Impossible will be making not one, but two appearances on the show floor – featured as part of new collaborations with both Fujifilm and LEMO.
It’s a sign not just of AGITO’s growing reputation for smart, cinematic motion, but of its place at the heart of a broader production ecosystem – trusted by leading brands to deliver where performance, integration and image quality matter most.
Live gets cinematic
Over at Fujifilm’s stand (N1239), AGITO will be showing off its cinematic side for live broadcast – featuring the next-generation AGITO Gen 2 Core and Master Controller, which offer enhanced control, improved connectivity and smarter operation for today’s fast-paced production environments.
It’ll be running in MagTrax mode – Motion Impossible’s magnetic-guided system that allows AGITO to follow an invisible or subtly laid path with absolute precision, offering a cleaner, safer and more cost-effective alternative to traditional track without compromising on shot quality.
The system will be paired with an AGITO Tower for vertical control and an ARRI 360 EVO remote head operating a Sony Burano fitted with the versatile Fujifilm Duvo 14-100mm lens – a compact wide-angle zoom designed for broadcast, but with a distinctly cinematic feel to bring filmic motion to the world of live production.
Not just a show-floor fantasy, this exact setup has already been put to work on Adele’s epic Munich residency and Billie Eilish’s world tour. Proof, if needed, that it’s built for far more than exhibition halls.
“As the Duvo portable lenses began to deliver – providing production with the ability to create beautifully cinematic images with great range and versatility – we began to see them deployed in all kinds of camera positions,” says Stosh Durbacz, VP Sales, Fujifilm. “Often, the Duvo lenses are seen riding atop the AGITO at live events and concerts. Having the mix of the lightweight wide-angle zoom on the AGITO creates a dynamic tool for production to capture cinematic images from all kinds of great angles.”
Together, AGITO and Duvo form a flexible, mobile platform that’s helping bridge the gap between live broadcast and cinematic storytelling – without sacrificing speed, scale or image quality.
Making the connection
Meanwhile, on LEMO’s stand (N2622), AGITO will once again be running in MagTrax mode – this time to demonstrate how the Swiss connector company’s famously rugged push-pull tech keeps complex camera dolly systems powered, moving and reliable.
The rig, featuring an AGITO Tower and ARRI 360 EVO, fitted with a Mini LF and Signature Primes, offers visitors a close-up look at how LEMO’s connectors are used throughout the AGITO platform. From the base to the lifter to the remote head, these connectors provide critical power and control pathways for essential accessories, ensuring AGITO operates as a smooth, secure and fully responsive unit.
Catch it in action – NAB 2025
With more industry leaders like Fujifilm integrating AGITO into their workflows – and trusted by tech partners like LEMO providing the robust infrastructure to keep it connected – it’s clear the system is more than a clever bit of kit. It’s shaping the future of motion.
