Description
Quantum is designed to receive, decode and deliver wireless camera feeds into live production systems. It supports HEVC (H.265) and MPEG-4 AVC decoding across UHD, HD and SD formats up to 4K UHD p60, outputting clean SDI, ASI or IP into OB trucks, control rooms and IP-based broadcast environments.
Latency is kept low enough for live switching, allowing wireless sources to integrate alongside cabled cameras without introducing timing issues. Dual-channel capability enables simultaneous reception of multiple camera feeds, while support for SMPTE 2210 (licensed) allows integration into modern IP workflows. In practice, Quantum acts as the bridge between RF transmission and the wider production system, turning wireless signals in reliable, production-ready outputs.
