Description
Where wireless needs to behave like wired, HCAM delivers. Mounted directly at the camera, it encodes SDI in HEVC (H.265), MPEG-4 AVC or MPEG-2, supporting UHD, HD and SD formats up to 4K UHD p60. The signal is transmitted over licensed microwave spectrum, designed for RF-heavy environments where interference is unavoidable.
End-to-end latency sits at a single frame, allowing wireless camera to cut cleanly alongside cabled sources without sync issues. Integrated camera control support enables operators to adjust settings remotely, reducing the need for physical access during live operation.
In venues such a stadiums and arenas, configurable modulation and forward error correction maintain link stability during continuous movement. The result is consistent, broadcast-grade transmission from mobile platforms, handheld rigs and remote heads. Dual SFP+ interfaces support 3G, 6G and 126G-SDI workflows, while HDR formats including HLG and PQ ensures compatibility with modern broadcast pipelines.
